Data Deletion

1. Overview

SPEAK Content Studio ("SPEAK Studio," "we," "us") is powered by SalesCommand. This page explains how you can disconnect your social media accounts from SPEAK Studio and request deletion of your personal data.

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and Meta Platform Terms on data handling.

2. What Data We Hold

When you use SPEAK Studio, we may store:

• Your account details (name, email, password hash)
• Facebook and Instagram access tokens (used only to publish content you explicitly create)
• LinkedIn access tokens (same purpose)
• The Facebook Page ID and Instagram Business Account ID you connected
• Content you created in the app (posts, captions, videos, images, brand framework)
• Publish history and scheduling records

We do not collect your friends, followers, messages, or any engagement data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Disconnect Your Social Accounts (Self-Service)

To immediately revoke SPEAK Studio's access to your social platforms while keeping your SPEAK account active:

• Facebook / Instagram: Sign in at app.speakstudio.ai/planner → find the Meta connection card → click Disconnect. This removes your Facebook and Instagram tokens from our database immediately.
• LinkedIn: Same page → find the LinkedIn connection card → click Disconnect.
• From Facebook's side: You can also revoke SPEAK Studio from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. Removing it there and disconnecting in SPEAK Studio both work — either revokes the token.
• From LinkedIn's side: Revoke at LinkedIn Data Sharing Settings.

Disconnecting removes the tokens and account IDs from our database within 24 hours. Your SPEAK account, drafts, and content remain intact in case you want to reconnect later.

4. Delete Your Entire Account and All Data

To permanently delete your SPEAK Studio account and every piece of data we hold about you:

1. Email us at hello@speakstudio.ai from the email address registered to your SPEAK Studio account.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. In the message body, confirm you'd like your account and all associated data permanently deleted.

We will:

• Acknowledge your request within 2 business days
• Complete the deletion within 30 days, as required under the Australian Privacy Act
• Send confirmation email once deletion is complete

Note: some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being cycled out. After that, all data is permanently removed.

5. What Gets Deleted

A full deletion request removes:

• Your SPEAK Studio account and login credentials
• All Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn access tokens
• All saved Page / Business Account IDs
• All posts, drafts, scheduled content, and publish history
• All vault resources (videos, documents, voice notes, quotes, testimonials)
• Your SPEAK framework, brand voice, and ICP data
• Photos and media you uploaded
• Any AI-generated content, feedback records, and learning data tied to your account

Content that has already been published to Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn remains on those platforms — we cannot delete posts that have gone live on external services. To remove those, delete them from within the respective app.

6. Removing SPEAK Studio from Facebook / Instagram

If you only want to remove SPEAK Studio from your Facebook and Instagram accounts (without deleting your SPEAK Studio account), follow these steps:

1. Log in to Facebook
2. Go to Settings → Business Integrations
3. Find SPEAK Studio App in the list
4. Click Remove

When you remove our app from Facebook, Meta notifies SPEAK Studio automatically and we delete your Facebook and Instagram access tokens within 24 hours.

• Object to processing for direct marketing
