By using SPEAK Content Studio, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address (used for authentication via magic link)
- Name (if provided)
Content You Provide
To deliver our service, we store content you create or upload:
- SPEAK Framework answers (your brand foundation data)
- Brand Vault materials (transcripts, documents, voice notes, videos)
- Photos uploaded to the Photo Library
- Generated content and content plans
- Post captions, schedules, and platform selections
LinkedIn Account Data
If you connect your LinkedIn account for publishing, we collect:
- LinkedIn person ID
- Display name
- OAuth access and refresh tokens (for publishing on your behalf)
We only request the permissions necessary to publish content (the w_member_social scope) and to verify your identity (openid, profile scopes). We do not read your LinkedIn feed, connections, or messages.
Automatically Collected Information
- Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, access times)
- Usage data within the application (pages visited, features used)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the SPEAK Content Studio application
- Generate AI-powered content using your framework data and vault materials
- Publish content to LinkedIn on your behalf (only when you explicitly request it)
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Send you product updates and communications (with your consent)
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate SPEAK Content Studio:

4. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled, meaning users can only access their own data.
- Files (photos, videos, documents) are stored in Supabase Storage with appropriate access controls.
- LinkedIn OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our database and are only used to publish content on your behalf.
- All connections to our services use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the application
- Export your SPEAK framework data and content
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time (which revokes publishing access)
- Opt out of marketing communications

6. Cookies
SPEAK Content Studio uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. The landing page (this site) does not use cookies.
7. AI Content Generation
When you use SPEAK Content Studio to generate content, your framework data and vault materials are sent to the Google Gemini API as part of the generation prompt. This data is:
- Used solely for the purpose of generating content for your account
- Not stored by Google beyond the API request (per Google's API data usage policy)
- Not used to train AI models
8. Children's Privacy
SPEAK Content Studio is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
